Google Calendar Integration Is Now Available in Ringwell

Google Calendar integration is now live in Ringwell.

That means your AI receptionist can now do more than book against static business hours. It can check your real calendar availability, avoid conflicts with existing events, and place confirmed appointments directly onto your Google Calendar.

What's New

With Google Calendar connected, Ringwell can now:

• Avoid double-booking against your actual Google Calendar events

1. Go to Agent > Calendar in your Ringwell dashboard.
2. Connect your Google account.
3. Choose the calendar your agent should check for availability.
4. Set a buffer between appointments if you want extra breathing room.
5. Keep using Ringwell like normal. Your agent will automatically use live calendar availability when booking calls.

When a caller books, Ringwell creates the appointment directly on your selected Google Calendar with the customer name, phone number, and job details attached.
